3.4Suspicious Activity: If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact THB168 customer support immediately. We recommend changing your password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.
4.1Payment Methods: THB168 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, Public Bank). All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
4.2Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary depending on your chosen payment method and account verification level. VIP players enjoy higher deposit limits based on their membership tier.
4.3Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. THB168 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges, which are beyond our control.
5.1Bonus Eligibility: All THB168 bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on each offer. 6.1Final Decision: The outcome of all casino games at THB168 — including slots, blackjack, baccarat, roulette, and other table games — is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent auditing bodies. All results are final and cannot be disputed.
6.2Sports Betting: All odds for sports betting — including Malaysian Super League and EPL football, IPL and ICC cricket, badminton, e-sports, and other sports — are subject to change before a match begins. Confirmed and accepted bets cannot be cancelled by the player except under specifically stated circumstances.
6.3Match Results: Sports betting outcomes are determined based on official results announced by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute over a match result, THB168 will refer to official sources and our decision shall be final.
6.4Technical Disruptions: In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay — such as an internet disconnection or server failure — THB168 will make every reasonable effort to resolve the situation fairly based on available system records. THB168 is not liable for any losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's end.

9.1THB168's Rights: THB168 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a Terms & Conditions violation, fraud, illegal activity, or any other reason deemed appropriate by management.
9.2During Investigation: When an account is suspended for investigation, all deposits, withdrawals, and betting activity will be placed on hold. Player funds will remain frozen until the investigation is concluded. If the player is found to be in the clear, the account will be reinstated and funds released.
